Progresser c’est surcompenser !

Lors de l’entraînement l’athlète va épuiser ses ressources énergétiques, générer de la fatigue musculaire, provoquer des micros lésions musculaires.

Lors de la phase de récupération l’organisme va reconstruire ce qui a été endommagé ( fibres musculaires) , refaire les stocks de glycogène…. Mais là où notre organisme va plus loin c’est qu’il se reconstitue plus fort et plus efficient. C’est le phénomène de surcompensation.
